The Garden View Suite at Bees & Trees Farm is a spacious, light-filled retreat offering the peace and beauty of a quiet, country getaway with all the comforts of home. At more than 375 square feet, the cheerful, oversized suite features hardwood floors, a comfortable queen bed, seven windows and two French doors that fill the room with natural light. With lovely views in nearly every direction, guests can enjoy sunrises, sunsets, gardens, farmland and the Blue Ridge Mountains—all without leaving the property. The Suite is $172 per night with a two-night minimum stay and you may book here. Completely Private, Yet Never Far From Help Although The Garden View Suite is part of the Bees & Trees farmhouse, it is completely private, with dedicated parking, its own entrance and a private outdoor sitting porch. Owners Teresa and Jeff live in the adjoining farmhouse, giving guests the best of both worlds: complete privacy when you want it and friendly assistance just a text away when you need it. Need fresh towels for the hot tub or extra ice for your drinks? Looking for a bottle of local wine or something special from The Farm Store? Just ask—we're happy to help make your stay a little more enjoyable. Relax, Unwind & Enjoy the View Weather permitting, spend a lazy afternoon in our beautifully renovated in-ground, saltwater pool, soak in the private hot tub, or settle in beside the spacious outdoor fireplace while taking in views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, flower gardens, farm fields and countryside. And Don't Forget to Look Up Away from the bright lights of town, nighttime at Bees & Trees can be every bit as beautiful as the daytime. Slip into our brand new hot tub and enjoy a spectacular view of the stars and constellations overhead. Stargazing apps such as SkyView Lite can even help you identify what you're seeing. It's a wonderfully peaceful way to end the day. Take a Walk Around the Farm Part of the fun of staying at Bees & Trees is having 43 acres to explore. Take a stroll to the barn and meet some of our favorite residents—including our miniature donkeys, Eeyore and Tigger, and Nigerian dwarf goats Sebastian, Flounder, Ariel and Patches. Bees & Trees is also home to honeybees and chickens, so there's almost always something fun to watch around the farm. Visit the Farm Store Located at the opposite end of the farmhouse is The Farm Store at Bees & Trees. Our small farm boutique is filled with foods, beverages and gifts we've carefully selected because they're a little different from what you'll find at an ordinary grocery store. You'll find black Angus beef, honey, farm-fresh eggs, Virginia wine hard ciders, jams, syrups, salsas, honey-based teas, our private-label coffee, gifts and other locally made or Virginia-sourced favorites. The Farm Store is open Wednesday through Sunday, 10 AM–4 PM, and we're happy to open it by arrangement. Infants are welcome; however, because The Garden View Suite is located immediately adjacent to the swimming pool, our insurance requirements prevent us from accommodating children who are able to crawl or walk.
