--The Garden View Suite

Featuring hardwood floors and a comfy queen bed, the Garden View Suite is a cheerful, oversized suite bathed in natural light from seven windows and two French doors!

With both a sunrise view, a sunset view as well as farm and garden views, this amazing suite is over 375 sq ft and boasts its own private bathroom with oversized shower, Terra Pure, Green Tea Toiletries and luxury spa robes all for $150 per night--there is a two-night minimum.

Although a part of the Bees & Trees farmhouse, this guest suite is completely private offering its own parking, separate entrance and outdoor sitting porch. With the owners living in the attached home, guests have the best of both worlds—privacy when wanted yet a simple text to the owners will secure any need a guest might have—perhaps a bottle of wine or additional  towels for the hot tub?

Weather permitting, take a dip in the newly-renovated saltwater, in-ground pool or enjoy a lovely fire in the spacious outdoor fireplace while you relax in front of amazing views that include the Blue Ridge mountains, fields of corn, flower gardens and even fields of Christmas trees! At night, recharge your batteries in the hot tub while you take in all the stars and constellations with a view that makes you feel like your sitting on top of the world.  Use the free app "SkyView Lite" and identify more constellations than  you'd ever see in the city!

Want to stretch your legs? Why not explore the farm? Walk to the barn and visit the owners’ miniature donkeys; Eeyore and Tigger or their Nigerian dwarf goats; Sebastian, Flounder, Ariel and Patches. Their cat, Olive, will take all the back scratching you want to give her! These animals are the owner’s pets and they all love people! The farm also raises honeybees and chickens.

On the opposite end of the farmhouse is The Farm Store at Bees & Trees--a small boutique farm shop where the owners sell cuts of Black Angus beef, honey, eggs, local wines, pantry products (like apple butter, jams, syrups and salsas) honey-based teas as well as their own private-label coffee and gifts. If you can buy it at a grocery store, you probably won't find it in The Farm Store as the owners try to offer new and different products that are local to the area or sourced in Virginia.

The store is open Wednesday-Sunday from 10-4 PM but can be opened to accommodate the needs of overnight guests.

Coffee k-cups and bottled water are offered for free to guests in the Suite. Want something added and waiting for you? Simply text your host for any specialty items you may want to have during your stay.

A room reservation may be made here via Airbnb. for $150/night with a two-day minimum stay required.  State taxes are also added. 

At this time, we are unable to accommodate pets.  Infants are allowed, however, due to the immediate proximity of the Suite to the swimming pool, our insurance carrier will not allow children that can walk or crawl.

From the moment we arrived at Bees & Trees Farm, we knew we were in for something special. Teresa and Jeff, the amazing owners, greeted us with such warmth. Teresa even surprised us with fresh chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in our suite & muffins for breakfast the next morning—such a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly cared for. The farm itself is pure magic. Peaceful, beautiful, and so relaxing—it’s the kind of place where time seems to slow down. We soaked in the tranquility, swimming in the saltwater pool, evening in the hot tubs looking at the stars, watching the hummingbirds zip around (including one feisty little bully!), Tigger & Eeyore, the sweetest donkeys, always made us smile, while Sebastian, Flounder, Patches, & Ariel—the playful goats—kept us laughing with their personalities. This morning we finally met Olive, the sweetest barn cat. We can't wait to go back! The Farm Store on property is great too!

What a peaceful weekend away from the stressors of daily life. Highly recommended if you need a quiet place to rest — watching the rain fall on the open fields and the hummingbirds at the feeder were particularly magical moments!

Teresa and Jeff's place was such a great choice. My wife and I are so glad that we picked this AirBnB. She was so amazing as well as her husband, Jeff. The place was immaculate and they were very accommodating. They gave us full privacy unless we needed them and when we needed them, the response was very fast. We were able to meet their farm animals, welcomed with a personalized note, an anniversary cake and our favorite drinks. The suite offered items you would use daily in case you forgot something. We've never had an AirBnb host treat us as well as they did; spoiling us really. We will be going back and it was a blessing to stay there to enjoy the peace at their home. We enjoyed walking outside to the birds in the morning, enjoying the hot tub and fireplace in the evening. The only bad thing was leaving the Garden View Suite at Bees & Trees Farm. I wish we could give an higher rating because they were such amazing hosts. Overall, it was a great and memorable experience

Ranked as an Airbnb "Superhost" For Fourteenth Time in a Row!

For the fourteenth straight quarter ,  The Garden View Suite at Bees & Trees Farm has received the coveted ranking of "Superhost" from accommodations giant, Airbnb.  It has also been named "guest favorite!"

To be awarded Superhost status, a property owner must have hosted a minimum of twelve guest stays in the past quarter and received a ranking of at least 4.8 our of 5 from those guests.

Hosts are judged by their guests on the cleanliness of their property, the speed with which they answer communications from their guests and their overall cancellation rate.

Airbnb conducts its reviews quarterly and The Garden View Suite has only been open for ten quarters.  "We are thrilled to have received this status again," said Teresa Gregson, co-owner of Bees & Trees Farm where the suite is located.

"We work hard to give every guest a special and memorable experience during their stay."

The Garden View Suite received an overall rating of 4.99 from its guests and it still  enjoys a zero-percent cancellation rate.

The Gregsons understand that their Superhost status comes directly from their guests and are grateful to each and every one. 

"We have so enjoyed the guests who have stayed with us," said Gregson.  "Some have come to get away and relax while others have come to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries.  Those we have had an opportunity to get to know, have been such fun and we hope to welcome them back soon!"
