Delicious, Healthy, Fresh, Local Beef
We started raising our Black Angus cattle in 2017. We wanted to raise a healthy alternative to the beef that is mass produced and primarily sold in grocery stores. We knew there was a market for healthy, farm-raised beef and we wanted to be a part of it. Today our cattle are antibiotic free, grass fed and finished off with grain to marbleize and tenderize every cut. Without the addition of grain prior to processing, we found that beef is tougher and not as flavorful--not what you want to eat!
We raise our cattle with pride and care--you can see for yourself as they graze the front pasture of our farm. We are careful not to overcrowd our pastures so there is always fresh grass and hay to eat.
Our Farm Store sells a number of cuts including; filets, rib-eyes, Delmonico, flank, brisket, kabob, tri-tip, London broil, chuck roast, NY strip, ground beef, ground round and ground sirloin
