Each package of our ground beef patties has four patties--each approximately 5 oz. All of this beef is black Angus--raised on grass and finished on grain for perfect tenderness and marbling and NEVER any hormones or antibiotics. It costs farmers more to finish their cattle on grain but it creates a much better tasting product. Please limit your purchase to no more than 5 packages of patties.
Available for order beginning March 12th. Order before 4 PM, pick up the next day after 12 PM--or tell us in the "Notes to Seller" WHEN you'd like to schedule your pick up and we'll hold it for you.
